Our company does tow for local and state law enforcement agencies. The reasons can range from accidents, recovery, traffic stops, abandonment, etc... Different agencies and different scenarios have different requirements on release. Please contact our office directly to find out what the specific requirements are for your vehicle release/pick up..
For insurance claims: In addition to requirements set forth by the law enforcement agency, we require a written release for insurance companies to pick up vehicles. Vehicle owners can come by our office during office hours to fill out the written release form or you can click the link below for the form to fill out, sign, and upload a picture of your government issued photo identification (driver's license, passport, etc.). Submissions without identification will not be accepted.
* If a release from the law enforcement agency is required then you will have to come into our office to turn in the release form required by that agency and complete the release to insurance.
We do not release impounds without payment from either the vehicle owner or insurance company.

If your vehicle was towed away from private property. You are required to present the key to the vehicle and your photo identification. Under circumstances of a lost key, you will have to show proof of ownership, this means title or registration in your name (insurance is not proof of ownership).
